RENTAL AGREEMENT - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Personal information provided to The Green Leaf Apartment will not be shared with any third parties.
In making a reservation, you agree to the below Terms & Conditions.
Please ensure you read the following carefully:
You must be 18 years or over to book accommodation at The Green Leaf Apartment.
‘Accommodation’ means your duration of stay at the apartment.
‘Agreement’ means the agreement between us and you as the Guest.
‘Guest’ is the person in whose name the booking agreement has been made.
1) Arrivals & Departures
Key Cards and Keys will be available on arrival at At Sixes and Sevens. For late check ins after 18:00 keys will be left inside the apartment and Guests will be granted a One Time use pin code for the main Electric Door Lock. Your accommodation will be ready by 16:00 but we will endeavour to prepare your accommodation earlier if you so request.
You are welcome to leave luggage at the apartment if you do arrive early and can collect the key later at Check In time. Check out is by 10.00am on the day of departure. Failure to vacate by this time may result in further charges.
Payment in full is taken at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been made with us. We are able to accept the following forms of payment
1. Debit cards
2. Credit card – Visa or MasterCard
3. Cash (direct bookings only)
4. BACS transfer
3) Cancellation Policy
Online and Direct Bookings: Cancellation of your booking must be made in writing, preferably via email. If a cancellation notice is received up to 30 days prior to the booking, there will be a 10% cancellation charge. If a cancellation notice is received between 14 & 30 days prior to the booking, there will be a 50% cancellation charge. Cancellations made with less than 14 days notice will be subject to the full cost of any part of the cancelled booking that we are unable to resell. We therefore recommend visitors arrange their own cancellation insurance.
If we are forced to cancel your booking for reasons outside our control we will endeavour to offer you alternative comparable accommodation at no extra cost to you. Should we be unable to provide a suitable alternative, we will reimburse any sum already paid by you. We will be under no further obligation or liability for any losses or expense arising from the cancellation. There are no further circumstances for which we will be liable for any refund.
4) Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel any letting should you or any member of your party cause damage to the property, its furniture or contents, or should you create a continued disturbance to our neighbours.
In the event of any breakages, damage or exceptional cleaning required after the room is vacated, we will notify the Guest within 48 hours of any costs incurred and will charge this payment to their credit card.
6) Number of Occupants
The number of people staying must not exceed the maximum number agreed at the time of booking. If we become aware that the number of people staying exceeds the maximum number, we reserve the right to ask the entire party to vacate the premises. In these circumstances, there will be no refund for unused days. Please inquire if you are unsure of number of occupants.
7) Lost Keys
A charge of £30 will be issued for each set of lost keys.
This is a non serviced apartment, so during your stay you will be responsible for all daily cleaning. The apartment should not be cleaned by anyone other than us or you as the guest, if you require servicing during your stay please contact us as this can be arranged at an extra charge. The apartment is professionally cleaned on every Guest checkout.
9) Linen & Towels
Linen and towels are changed with each new letting. If you require new linen or towels during your stay please contact us to arrange.
10) Candles and Fireworks
The use of candles and fireworks by the Visitor or their guests is not permitted. We have emergency candles in the rooms and sitting room, these are for decorative purposes only and are only to be used in case of an emergency power outage.
11) Right of Entry
The owners, employees and agents of The Green Leaf Apartment shall be allowed access to the apartment at any reasonable time for the purposes of inspection or to carry out any necessary cleaning, repairs or maintenance.
If you have any complaint, please notify us immediately by call or email. Please note that complaints are much more easily resolved while you are still in the property. If we receive any complaints of noise or disrespect or damage to the property, we reserve the right to require guests to vacate the premises with immediate effect and without compensation for unused days.
13) Liability and Insurance
The Green Leaf, its employees and agents do not accept third party liability in respect of breach of contract, negligence, misrepresentation or otherwise. We cannot in any circumstance accept liability for any personal injury, loss of life, damage, loss or accident to personal property. Visitors are advised to ensure their own insurance covers any loss or damage to personal property during their stay and to ensure adequate personal and travel insurance is taken out.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed anywhere on the premises. This is with exception to guide dogs, of this applies to you, please contact us to make further arrangements.
15) Disabled Access
The apartment is accessed by stairs or steps. Unfortunately, as the apartment is a Grade II Listed building, there are presently no ramps available. If guests require able-bodied assistance they are requested to bring with them a suitable companion. We cannot supply staff to lift or carry guests unfortunately. We also ask that if you have any type of disability or require any accessibility features please let us know prior to booking so we can prepare accordingly.
16) Smoking & Vaping
Smoking or Vaping of any form are not permitted anywhere on the premises.
The Green Leaf Apartment reserves the right to change or amend their terms and conditions at any time.
